How to Enjoy
There are many ways to get your protein hit with the Miss Spartan WPI Protein and Collagen powders. You can enjoy them shaken, blended or even as an ingredient in an afternoon treat – bliss balls here you come! We include in all our packages a perfect scoop size to help take the guess work out of how much is a serve.
Shaken or stirred-as a shake, in your smoothies or meals. To make as a shake, take one scoop of our protein powder or collagen powder and add in to a shaker with 250ml of water, milk, almond milk or other preferred variety.
Alternatively, include a scoop into your morning oats, natural yoghurt or include in your smoothie. Our Collagen Powder is great to mix through your morning coffee too- completely flavourless it won’t mess with that warm aroma and taste of your first cup of goodness.
