Boxing Fitness

Strong

Our resident Strongman Coach Aaron is the mastermind behind this class. A mix of AMRAPS, EMOMS and strength and conditioning training will have those muscles popping. Strong is suited to all levels and offers a great opportunity to learn and perfect simple lifting movements and to work progressively towards strength gains.
