Right now, I have clients cutting out sugar in their coffee, clients now eating a well balanced breakfast instead of a couple of coffees, some are squeeeeeeezing in training before rushing to work, or kid wrangling during a session so they can get their fitness on! Some clients have increased their sessions from twice to three/four times a week…why? Because they WANT it! They want results….and you know what?….they’re gonna get them!
